Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.

Payment: Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our returns policy.

We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect products upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) before the 14-day period expires.

7. Warranty

All products come with a minimum 2-year warranty as required by EU law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
