30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. The 30-day period begins from the date you receive your order.

Eligible for Return

  • Products in original, unopened packaging
  • Products that have been opened but are unused and in perfect condition
  • Products with all original accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Products returned within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been installed or used (unless defective)
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or damaged packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Return an Item

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at [email protected] or call +39 02 845531 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and components. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Do not write on the product's original box.

Ship Your Return

Send your package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged items, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of any damage to help us process your claim quickly.

EU Consumer Rights
