Scope and Acceptance

These Terms apply to the use of the Univerdealz website and to orders submitted through product pages operated by Univerdealz.

Product availability, prices, delivery conditions and specific offers may vary between supported markets. Information displayed on the relevant product page forms part of the applicable offer.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.

When submitting an order or contacting us, you are responsible for providing information that is accurate and sufficiently complete for us and our logistics partners to process the request.

We may refuse or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically invalid or based on clearly incorrect information.

Products, Availability and Pricing

We aim to present product descriptions, images, included accessories, availability and prices accurately.

• Product photographs are intended to represent the item offered but minor visual differences may occur.
• Product availability is subject to stock and logistical availability in the relevant market.
• Prices and promotions may change before an order is confirmed.
• If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified before confirmation, we may correct the error and contact you before proceeding.
• Any applicable delivery cost or additional charge will be displayed or communicated as required before the purchase is concluded.

Orders and Payment

Submitting the form on a product page registers your request to purchase the selected product. Current Univerdealz pay-at-delivery offers do not require online card payment.

We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, information cannot be verified, delivery cannot reasonably be completed or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to stop processing where operationally possible.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect any statutory withdrawal or return rights available after delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Univerdealz delivers products within supported European markets. The applicable product page and our Shipping & Delivery page provide the relevant delivery information.

Current offers generally indicate delivery within 24–48 hours, with some product pages noting that exceptional logistical circumstances may extend this period.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific binding date is expressly agreed. Delays may occur because of courier operations, incorrect delivery information, weather, exceptional demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods generally passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, physically receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us promptly. A request to report damage quickly is intended to help us investigate the delivery and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Where applicable to a distance purchase by an EU consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision through a clear statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

Statutory exceptions may apply to certain categories of goods or circumstances in accordance with applicable law.

In addition to statutory withdrawal rights, Univerdealz currently publishes an additional 30-day return policy for eligible products. That voluntary policy is subject to the specific eligibility and return conditions described on the Returns & Refunds page.

Legal Guarantee and Product Conformity

Consumers purchasing goods in the European Union benefit from mandatory legal rights when goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.

Products sold through Univerdealz are covered by the applicable legal guarantee, with a minimum protection period of 2 years under EU consumer rules, subject to applicable national law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling or unauthorized modifications is not treated as a product conformity defect merely because it occurs during the guarantee period.

Complaints and Customer Support

If you experience a problem with a product, order or delivery, please contact us so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it.

When contacting us about an order, providing your name, telephone number, order information and a clear description of the issue will help us investigate more efficiently.

Intellectual Property

Website content including text, graphics, layouts, logos, photographs and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights belonging to MANY LEADS SRL, Univerdealz or their respective licensors.

You may use the website for normal personal shopping and informational purposes. Reproduction or commercial use of protected website content without permission is prohibited where such permission is required by law.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data submitted through the website is processed for purposes including order handling, telephone verification, delivery, customer support and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to mandatory consumer law, we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented, including significant courier disruption, severe weather, transport interruption, governmental measures, network failures or similar events.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with the customer and manage the order appropriately.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable European Union or national law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available under applicable law.

We encourage customers to contact us first if a dispute arises so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Consumers may also have access to competent alternative dispute-resolution bodies where provided by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes in our services, ordering process, applicable law or business operations.

The version displayed on this page will include its latest update date. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights that already apply to an existing consumer contract.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
