Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and does not require an account:

After submitting the form, you will receive a phone call to verify the order and coordinate delivery. Your order is prepared for dispatch after this telephone confirmation.

What payment method do you accept?

Payment is made directly to the courier when the package is delivered. No online payment is required when you submit the order form. See our payment terms for further information.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?

After submitting the shipping form, you will see an on-screen confirmation. A member of the order confirmation team will then call the phone number you provided. The order is confirmed after your details have been verified during that call.

Why do I receive a confirmation phone call?

The call is used to verify the product, quantity, recipient name, telephone number and delivery address. It also allows the delivery details to be coordinated before the package is dispatched. Please keep your phone nearby after placing the order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation during the confirmation call, or by contacting customer support as soon as possible. Once the package has been handed to the courier, a cancellation may no longer be possible.

Is it safe to place an order on the website?

Yes. The website uses encrypted connections to protect the information submitted through the order form. Because payment is made to the courier at delivery, you are not asked to enter card details during checkout. Personal information is processed only for order management, confirmation and delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the European markets where each offer is available. The destination country is shown on the relevant product page. Orders must include a complete and valid delivery address within the supported market.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery normally takes 24–48 hours after the order has been confirmed by telephone. In exceptional cases, such as courier delays, remote areas or unusually high order volumes, delivery may take up to 72 hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for the offers shown on our product pages. There are no additional standard delivery charges added to the displayed product price.

How will I receive delivery information?

The order confirmation team verifies your address and telephone number before dispatch. The courier may contact you by phone when arranging or completing delivery. Please ensure that the number entered in the order form is correct and reachable.

What happens if I am not home?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. The product should be returned with its included components, accessories and packaging, and should not show damage caused by improper use.

How do I return a product?
