Tracking Information
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number within 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped. The email will include a direct link to track your package with our courier partner.
My tracking number isn't working
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system after shipment. If your tracking still isn't working after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +39 02 845531. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
International tracking
For EU deliveries, tracking is available throughout the entire journey. Updates may be less frequent during customs processing but rest assured your package is on its way.
